Job Summary We are seeking a Baker to join the team at our busy Restaurant! In this role, you will prepare breads, pinsa's and desserts. You will be responsible for prepping for the day ahead and week. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for baking. If you are creative and hardworking, we’d like to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing Bread, Pinsa and desserts for the day ahead

Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

Baking and cooking off all dough

Decorating all products

Prepare custom orders

Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred

Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

Knowledge of food safety practices

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Team player

Ability to multi task
