Capri Gelato & Coffee Bar is a new, exciting company that serves gelato, coffee and pastries at celebrity events and at our two store front locations.

Job Summary: Capri Gelato & Coffee Bar is expanding and we are looking for a gelato maker for full or part time work. Our gelato is made fresh in house everyday using real ingredients and recipes designed by our award winning head chef. The gelato is served daily at both store locations, wholesale locations and also served at many high profile celebrity events. We are looking for a LONG TERM employee to grow with the Capri Gelato Family.

Qualifications: *Experience with "back of house" manual type labor (ie line cook, dishwashing, baking, etc) *Ability to lift between 50-100lbs *Saturdays and Sundays required *Ability to follow very detailed, specific instructions *Ability to perform under high pressure *Ability to Multitask *Driver's License to assist with deliveries

Wage and hours negotiable ($20-$24/hour)

Gelato Maker

Back of House Duties- such as cleaning, dishes, orders, and inventory

Deliveries to account
