Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Food Preparer to join the team at our busy Espresso & Bakery! In this role, you will prepare breakfast burritos and panini sandwiches for resale. You will be responsible for opening the kitchen in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous kitchen experience and must be prompt and reliable. Will train for position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Open the kitchen and prepare for the day ahead

Clean and sanitize equipment and cooking areas

Cook ingredients and assemble panini sandwiches and breakfast burritos for resale

Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen experience is preferred

Must have a reliable vehicle and current drivers license to deliver product to other location

Knowledge of food safety practices

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Team player

Must be available for early morning shifts (6:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
