Bakery Test Kitchen looking for creative and experienced Baker. Line of products include muffins cookies certain yeast raise products brownies and bar cookies. Job entails trial recipes and product creation so experience is a must. Please have a demonstrated ability to read recipes and work on Hobart mixers of all sizes. As a test kitchen we run normal everyday hours from 8:00 in the morning till 5:00 or 6:00 at night with some flexibility. Occasional weekends is a positive. We are inspected facility so clean work habits and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of excel is a plus.
