Sugar Plum Bakery is looking for an experienced baker to make cake, icings, and cookie doughs and doughnuts Candidate must be able to:
Measures mixes and prepares raw meterials according to Sugar Plum Bakery standards and recipes
Mix and scale cake, cookie doughs, icings.
Accurately follow recipes
-Lift 60 pounds.
Be detailed oriented and be able to follow large batch recipes.
Adhere to and enforce sanitation, safety and health procedures
Available from 4 am to 9 am. No Sundays.
Experience preferred but not required
