  • Responsibilities

    Position: Bakery Manager 

    Location: Providence, Rhode Island area

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
    • At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
    • AIB Certification a plus. Knowledge of SQF, BRC, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal.
    •  Experience working in a Fast-paced, Commercial Bakery.
    • Knowledge of Breads, Buns, Pastries, Croissants, Baguettes, Danishes, Muffins, Cookies.
    • Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, and Key Process Indicators (KPI)
    • Manage Production Team, Production Schedules, and Workforce Labor Planning to achieve on-time Customer deliveries.
    • Maintain Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in Production Lines and Packaging Equipment
    • Knowledge of AIB, SQF, BRC, GMP, HACCP, EPA, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
    • Must be available to work varying Shifts, Weekends, and Holidays.
  • Compensation
    $45,000-$60,000 per year
