Position: Bakery Manager
Location: Providence, Rhode Island area
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
- At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
- AIB Certification a plus. Knowledge of SQF, BRC, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal.
- Experience working in a Fast-paced, Commercial Bakery.
- Knowledge of Breads, Buns, Pastries, Croissants, Baguettes, Danishes, Muffins, Cookies.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, and Key Process Indicators (KPI)
- Manage Production Team, Production Schedules, and Workforce Labor Planning to achieve on-time Customer deliveries.
- Maintain Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in Production Lines and Packaging Equipment
- Knowledge of AIB, SQF, BRC, GMP, HACCP, EPA, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
- Must be available to work varying Shifts, Weekends, and Holidays.
