Available Positions for this posting include:

• Reception & Routing Agent (Take incoming calls and be the first contact of our customers to help answer questions coming in, if the question goes beyond your knowledge you then re-route the customer to the correct department for further help. Team environment where goals are set to accomplish together to provide the best customer service for our customers)
• HC Calendar Facilitator (You will be a part of a team who manages the schedules between customers and their Preferred Customer Educator through quality service and positive awareness of Balance of Nature’s products.)
• Declines Specialist (Part of a team who maintains and updates customer information. Goals are set to accomplish the best accuracy.)
• Quality Care Specialist (You would handle all inbound calls from customers who wish to cancel or place their account on hold. This includes a high-energy call center, conflict resolution, patience and empathy, and the ability to handle escalations with a supportive team by your side and continued education to be successful and bring the best care for our customers. Through education and understanding of the value of health and the Balance of Nature philosophy, Quality Care Agents help our customers reset their goals and continue on the path they began when deciding to begin taking Balance of Nature products. There is an aggressive bonus structure to help achieve goals and care for our customers which parallels the importance of this position to the company.)
• PC Outreach Agent (You will make outbound calls to Preferred Customers to check in on them and to make sure their orders were received and they understand they get Health Coaching with their product, among other things.)

Job Type: Full-time preferred, Some part-time available

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-5 (possible weekends)

Pay: All Customer Service Phone Agents begin at $12 p/h with additional commissions giving the potential of $15-$18 p/h or more depending upon longevity.

***All positions are in St. George, UT with the possibility of being able to work from home once training and goals are achieved, you must live in St. George or have the ability to commute to St. George during training and meeting quotas which could take anywhere from 3-5 months. Work from home is not guaranteed.
