Baltimore, MD 21230 General Description: The Ticket Sales & Hospitality
Representative is an outgoing professional with strong interpersonal
skills, sales acumen and a desire to provide great service to general
customers and clients. Continuing to maintain a sold-out season ticket
base and sold out games is a primary goal of this position while
maximizing revenue opportunities in all ticketed products. Success in
this role is defined by renewing season ticket customers annually and
selling Permanent Seat Licenses, season tickets, hospitality products
and group/individual tickets as available resulting in sold out events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Season Ticket Renewals Focus on
keeping renewal percentage of current PSL owners over 99% annually. *
PSL & Season Ticket Sales Maintain our sold-out status by selling
available PSLs to wait list members or other identified leads. Goals
include keeping season ticket sales over 65,000 and the club level sold
out. * PSL Marketplace promote the use of the PSL Marketplace to fans
looking to buy or sell PSLs to maintain a vibrant PSL market. *
Corporate Hospitality Tent Sales Maintain relationships with a
consistent book of clients while prospecting for new hospitality tent
clients. * Group/Individual Ticket Sales based on availability of
individual tickets, execute sales efforts in both group and individual
ticket sales as warranted. * Individual Hospitality Sales Sell
individual hospitality packages to smaller groups for non-Ravens events
and on occasion Ravens games with softer sales. * Make outbound cold
calls from lists provided; generate own leads through referrals,
networking, social selling and effective research. * Create and develop
new business by regularly pitching new prospects through stadium visits,
external appointments when appropriate, phone prospecting, social
selling and events. * Attend outside events with the purpose of selling
ticket packages, networking, gathering leads and prospects. *
Effectively follow up with customers and prospective customers in order
to build relationships to help drive business and to meet sales goals
and excellent customer service requirements. * Effectively handle
incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales
products. * Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for all ticket products.
- Contribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and
team-oriented office culture. * Participate in sales team meetings and
training sessions. * Work events and games as assigned to support ticket
sales efforts and promotional initiatives. * Regularly produce accurate
updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointment
and event recaps. * Represent the Ravens professionally on game day
while interacting with clients and prospects at Ravens sales tables or
seats visits as appropriate. Required Education and/or Experience: The
ideal candidate must possess the personality and drive to excel in a
sales environment while showing the ability to work well in and
contribute to a team setting. Previous sales and/or service experience
is preferred. The ideal candidate would have 1+ year(s) of ticket sales
experience with a team or college. Prior experience with Archtics and
Ticketmaster systems is a plus. Bachelors degree in sport management,
business or related field is required. Requisite Abilities and/or
Skills: The successful candidate must be energetic, relationship driven
and passionate about professional football. Candidate must have
exceptional communication and organizational skills with the potential
