Start your career in the medical field! We are seeking Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping patients by providing product and service information and resolving appointment scheduling issues.

PAID TRAINING! Training will be paid at the full $13 per hour. Training will last 2 weeks, and will be held between 8AM TO 3PM, MONDAY - FRIDAY. Monday, September 26, is the first day of training! 

CHOOSE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! While this is a full-time position, you can have your choice of shift on a weekly basis (AFTER TRAINING IS COMPLETED)! Hours of operations are Monday - Friday 7AM to 7PM - you have the ability to choose your own hours! 

WEEKLY PAYROLL! Get paid every Friday! You don't have to wait 2-weeks or a until the end of the month to get paid.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle patient inquiries regarding their medical specialist appointments
• Troubleshoot and resolve patient issues
• Document and update patient records based on interactions

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Empathy and compassion. This is not a sales role, where you are under pressure to call X amount of patients per day. We treat every patient with dignity and respect
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously. This is a dual monitor program
