Banjaxed Solutions is a premier technical partner for companies on Salesforce. We build custom software solutions for each of our clients, and we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing start-up company in College Station, Texas.

We value aptitude and attitude above education and experience. Accordingly, there is no minimum standard for education and experience, however, you should have a solid understanding of the following concepts:

• Ability to communicate well with a team and with customers
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical members
• Ability to take personal responsibility for challenges
• Ability to grasp complicated concepts and work on them with a group
• Ability to learn software quickly and teach others
• Ability to understand data and draw conclusions

These skills and abilities are advantageous but not required:

• Salesforce Admin (minimum of beginner level mastery)
• Use of spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of database languages like SQL
• Computer programming
• Knowledge of any advanced CRM system
• Customer service and/or sales experience
