    Pioneer Trust Bank, N.A. is looking for a professional, personable and self-motivated individual for a full-time Teller. This position, like all positions at Pioneer Trust Bank, N.A., does not have sales goals or quotas.     Responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of our main branch. Responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, for developing and maintaining client relationships and providing immediate acknowledgement and response to inquiries in a timely manner.

    Job Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt

    Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:15am-5:15pm; Fri: 8:45am-5:45pm, Occasional Overtime

    ** Duties Include:**

    • Process of daily teller transactions using our current teller platform. Transactions include processing deposits and payments, check cashing, cash advances, cashier’s checks and money orders.
    • Stay current on products and procedures.
    • Resolve customer issues and requests.
    • US Savings Bond redemptions.
    • Process Night Deposit and Bank-by-Mail transactions.
    • Safe Deposit Box customer entry.
    • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School GED or equivalent
    • Cash handling, balancing and calculating skills
    • Ability to complete multiple and varying customer requests in a timely fashion
    • Ability to communicate effectively in-person, via phone and email.
    • Microsoft Office/Computer Knowledge required
