Onboarding life & health Agents Urgently!

We are getting too many inbound warm leads for FREE and in need of an insurance agent to work with them

Bankers Life & Colonial Penn always and will have warm + existing life and medicare leads for agents provided from our company Bankers Life for FREE.

We are looking for life and health agents that want to work with dozens of warm leads weekly, and don't want to pay a dime for leads. Receive a bonus immediately after, when an app is issued & paid. Also, a part in compensation that is not affected by chargebacks.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Requirements :

• Candidates must have Life only(or) Life & Health License to apply
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Must be in Orange County, Irvine Ca Area

We offer Life & Medicare leads for FREE

Value: $5,600/ mo

Receive Bonus immediately just by writing a handful of applications (15-18 apps)

Value: $18,000/ Qtr

Stipend Incentive for new Licensed Agents:

Value: $400/ wk

On top of incentives and getting bonuses for just issuing apps at a Company level; in an office level, you get rewarded just for submitted apps with consistency paid out every week.

Value: $600/ mo

Office resources that agents can plug into trainings, zoom calls and help from managers

If you are a licensed agent not ready to make a transition, you can use our leads and write with our products part time without any conflict of interests with your current company.
