New Tomorrow Law is seeking a dedicated Bankruptcy Assistant to support our firm’s day-to-day administrative operations and client-focused activities. Responsibilities: • Client Communications : Address incoming client concerns and escalate issues appropriately. • Marketing Support : Assist with planning events, managing marketing vendors, social media, and email campaigns. • Client Interaction : Answer phones, greet clients, and build relationships to provide a welcoming atmosphere. • Client Intake & Scheduling: Conduct initial client screenings, handle client intake processes, schedule appointments, and send reminders. • Case Management : Ensure client files are properly set up, organized, and updated in our case management system. • Attorney Support : Manage attorney calendars, organize emails, process client payments, and prepare legal correspondence. • Client Relationship Building : Be a source of confidence and support for clients during difficult times, ensuring they feel informed and valued. Qualifications: • Experience in office administration or legal environments preferred. • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A compassionate, client-focused approach, with an understanding of the challenges our clients face. • Proficiency in office software and technology setup (experience with case management software a plus). Compensation: $19 - $20 hourly
