Responsibilities: • Manage 15-30 active cases from inception through completion. • Manage client relationships and regularly consult with clients and third parties to effectively move cases towards a successful conclusion. • Develop a case strategy and provide leadership and direction to staff. • Cultivate relationships with the Firm's clients and participate in business development. • Be a team player with the intention to build a long-term career with partnership opportunities. Qualifications: • A minimum of three years of bankruptcy experience, including complex business disputes. • Be comfortable and effective in the courtroom. • Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions of settlements. • Demonstrate proficiency in all forms of communication. • Ability to research and write exceptionally well. • Demonstrate pride in working enthusiastically and doggedly. Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 yearly
