    Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping people behind the scenes? We’re hiring a Bankruptcy Coordinator to support our legal team and help clients move forward with confidence. What You’ll Do: As Bankruptcy Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the department’s organization and follow-up. You’ll handle important documents, track client progress, and support the legal team so they can focus on high-impact work. You’ll also be a friendly first point of contact for bankruptcy-related calls and communication. Responsibilities: • Gather, review, and organize documents needed for bankruptcy filings • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and portal to follow up on missing information • Input and update case data in internal systems • Prepare basic forms and checklists for attorney review • Schedule appointments, hearings, and calls for the bankruptcy team • Handle incoming calls and assist with general client inquiries • Coordinate with other departments to keep casework on track • Support the team with scanning, uploading, and managing digital files Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Friendly, professional communication style—especially over the phone • Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new software • Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to stay on top of deadlines • Prior legal, administrative, or office experience is a plus, but not required Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience with bankruptcy, legal, or financial services • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Familiarity with BK software like Jubilee/LegalPRO Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
