    Are you a sharp, solutions-driven bankruptcy professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our firm is hiring a Bankruptcy Team Lead—a leadership role designed for someone ready to grow into a future Bankruptcy Manager. What You’ll Do: As Bankruptcy Team Lead, you’ll guide our team through the day-to-day execution of Chapter 7 and 13 cases while supporting process improvements, training, and cross-team collaboration. You’ll be a key part of creating a seamless, empowering experience for every client—and you’ll be trained and mentored for future advancement. Responsibilities: • Supervise and support attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in all aspects of bankruptcy casework. • Oversee case progress and ensure timely, compliant filings. • Continuously improve systems, workflows, and processes for efficiency and quality. • Serve as the escalation point for complex case issues and client concerns. • Monitor department KPIs and ensure performance targets are met. • Collaborate with Intake, Debt Resolution, and Consumer Protection departments to coordinate cross-team support and strategy. • Mentor team members and support their professional development. • Maintain current knowledge of bankruptcy law, court procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of hands-on bankruptcy experience (Chapter 7 AND 13). • Strong knowledge of bankruptcy processes, timelines, and court systems. • Natural leadership ability, whether formal or informal. • Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure. • Growth mindset—interested in future management responsibilities. Bonus Points If You Have: • Prior team leadership or training experience. • Familiarity with BK software systems like Jubilee/LegalPRO. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills. • Experience in more than one Texas federal district Compensation: $50,000
