Job Summary As Banquet Attendant, you’re responsible for serving menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner during meetings and events. Setting up events, tearing down events and being part of a team that strives to deliver "Legendary" service each and every event.

Responsibilities

Serving all food courses and beverage items to the guest in accordance with function requirements.

Timing the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests. Providing proper greetings to guests upon their arrival and introducing yourself including your name.

Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.

Performing pre and post shift side work.

Clearing tables after service.

Setting up events

Tearing down events

Assisting in other areas as directed by the Bqt Captain or Management.

Qualifications

Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room throughout shift

Food Handlers Card Required

Be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends

Previous food and beverage experience
