The banquet chef designs and manages the banquet culinary operation. You are responsible for selecting courses, ordering food, and hiring staff. Weekends required. Responsibilities: • Select courses and design menus • Order food and supplies • Hire and manage staff • Prepare meals, including garnishing plates and coordinating dish timing • Ensure food quality and consistency • Follow food handling and storage standards • Inspect and maintain equipment • Work with clients to select meals and other aspects of the event Qualifications: • Prior hotel banquet experience preferred. Compensation: $70,000 DOE
