    Tavern on Rush in Chicago is seeking an experienced Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. As a Banquet Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for large groups and events. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook banquet dishes, including appetizers, entrées, and desserts. • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. • Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and HACCP guidelines. • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience as a Banquet Cook or in a similar role. • Knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes for large groups. • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
