    We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Banquet Prep Cook to join our culinary team.     Key Responsibilities:

    Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, proteins, and other ingredients in preparation for banquet meals.

    Prepping Dishes: Assist in the preparation of salads, sauces, dressings, and other components needed for banquet menus.

    Station Organization: Set up and organize workstations, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment.

    Portion Control: Follow standard recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation.

    Cooking Assistance: Assist cooks and chefs in the assembly and cooking process as needed during banquets and special events.

    Food Storage: Properly store prepared ingredients and food items in compliance with safety standards to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.

    Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing utensils, pots, and pans, and keeping work areas sanitized.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during events.
