Banquet Server
Position Summary:
Banquet Servers are responsible for executing flawless service during weddings, corporate events, and VIP functions. You will ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience that reflects the resort’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set tables and banquet areas with linens, silverware, glassware, and service stations according to event layouts
Serve plated meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
Attend pre-event briefings to understand timing, menu, and guest needs
Clear tables, reset spaces, and assist in post-event cleanup
Maintain guest service standards and ensure requests are met promptly
Work closely with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and other departments for seamless execution
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication, hospitality, and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive demeanor under pressure
Ability to lift trays up to 25 lbs and work on feet for long hours
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous banquet or restaurant experience a plus
