Job Description

The Banquet Busperson will carry, serve, and refill beverages. Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse. Set up and breaks down banquet tables, chairs and other equipment.

• The Banquet Busperson will greets all guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Receive and fulfill drink orders from guests.
• The Banquet Busperson will removes dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approximately 40 pounds in weight).
• Transports bus tub to kitchen area.
• The Banquet Busperson will breaks down and sets up banquet tables, chairs, and other equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50-200 lbs.
• Must be able to read and understand Banquet event order set-ups
• Must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
• Must be at least 18
