Job Summary: Banquet staff are a proven leader among their peers. Someone who has the awareness and conviction to guide the service team in seamlessly executing private and programming events, from setup to reset. They might do this from behind the bar, or on the floor, as needed depending on the complexity of the event.
Responsibilities
Service and Employee Relations.
Ensure smooth execution of all programming and private events, adhering to guidelines set by BEO and ROS documents, with the support of the club manager.
Communicates to dining room staff, kitchen staff, and club managers about event details.
Continue to improve your command of wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge.
Set a strong example for current and future staff, modeling adherence to Common House policies and demonstrating our culture of hospitality. Correct staff behaviors if the situation calls for it.
Be empowered to solve issues in the absence of a manager.
