    POSITION OVERVIEW

    This role is responsible for helping deliver great candidates to the hiring leaders while providing a world-class candidate experience. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for screening candidates over the phone, submitting qualified candidates to the hiring leader(s), and scheduling interviews. If you are a strong communicator and comfortable jumping right in, we’d like to meet you!

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates across the organization.

    • Engage with candidates to create a positive experience at every step in the process (sourcing, screening & scheduling, etc).

    • Partner with hiring managers to improve time to hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate.

    • Be a culture leader and advocate for Bar Louie.

    • Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources.

    • Schedule interviews on behalf of operations hiring teams.

    • Support hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisions.

    • Use internet and networking to source right candidates.

    • Maintain, manage and update Applicant Tracking System throughout recruitment lifecycle.

    • Implement best practices in sourcing and staffing activities

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Proven recruiting experience

    • Recruiting experience in food and beverage is preferred

    • Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle

    • Outstanding communication skills

    • Excellent organizational ability

    • High energy with a positive, servant leadership attitude

    • High attention to detail.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.

    Education and Training

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

    • Computer knowledge required (Microsoft Office, Adobe)

    BASIC PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone, hear and manipulate objects. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
