Responsibilities

Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to company policies.

Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences.

Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records of stock.

Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage pairings for events and banquets.

Monitor budgetary performance, analyzing costs and revenues to optimize profitability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and patrons.

Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Skills

Proven experience in a bar or full-service restaurant management experience is required.

Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of financial management in a bar setting.

Familiarity with banquet service operations and catering events is plus.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership qualities with previous experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
