Row 34 is an award winning high-energy neighborhood oyster bar with locations in Boston, Cambridge and Burlington, MA as well as Portsmouth, NH.

Row 34 Cambridge is in search of a Bar Manager to join our team of hard working professionals. This management position will invest heavily in Row 34’s service, hourly and management teams and the overall operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities of a Row 34 Bar Manager include but are not limited to the following:

Weekly inventory of bar products

Maintaining communication with Beverage Directors on needs of restaurant programing

Ensuring the bartenders are properly trained

Holding bar team meetings and trainings when needed

Requirements of the role:

Must be professional, confident and kind

Must be a strong leader with strategic management skills

Possess the ability to drive performance and success

Foster a dynamic, fun and inclusive culture

Some previous management experience in a similar fast-paced environment

Should be excited about learning, teaching, mentoring and stepping out of comfort zones
