5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a management position.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a bar team.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and ordering.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during live music events.
