Job Summary Barbacks are responsible for preparing a clean and tidy dining experience for guests by clearing, resetting, and sanitizing the bar counter. Additionally, they provide support to the bartender by filling guests waters, offering bread, pre-bussing dishes throughout service, pouring beer and wine and more!

Responsibilities

Restock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, ice, etc

Clear the bartop counter, wipe it down, and get it ready for new guests

Clean and polish glassware

Pour glasses of wine during busy the volume of business

Empty bus tubs and garbages

Assist the bartenders in other duties as needed

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older

No restaurant experience necessary
