We are looking for a motivated Barback to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, stocking the bar, setting tables, etc. You want to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food, drinks, and customer experience.
Primarily, we are looking for someone with open availability, but we are flexible. Compensation is $5 hourly plus tip out, which averages to $15-27 hourly.

Barback Responsibilities:
Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service hours.
Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, and change beer kegs.
Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and security personnel to ensure efficient service to customers.
Handle emergency situations, like cleaning up broken glasses, any spills, and clearing up clogged drains.
Assist Bartender with preparing drinks when necessary.
Running food and drinks to guests.
Cleaning off table/seating area after a guest has left.
Assisting with opening and closing duties.
Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs if needed.
Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers, and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
Any other duties deemed necessary to the position.
Barback Skills and Qualifications:
Experience as a barback, busser, or other entry-level restaurant position is preferred.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies.
Ability to carry heavy trays/other items and stand for long hours.
Ability to remain professional and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Food Handlers Certification and TABC Certification, or willingness to obtain.
Authorized to work in the United States.
