    If you're a certified cosmetologist in the state of New Jersey with prior teaching experience, strong communication skills, a passion for barbering education, a commitment to mentoring students, and the ability to follow a curriculum for our certificate course, we want to hear from you!

    Fit4Basic LLC is seeking a dedicated Barber Instructor to teach in one of our high schools in New Jersey. Prior teaching experience is a must, and being bilingual in Spanish is a definite plus!

    Key Responsibilities:

    As our Barber Instructor, you will be expected to:

    Utilize Effective Teaching Techniques: Demonstrate the use of appropriate teaching techniques that engage and educate students effectively.

    Inventory Management: Exhibit your ability to order products and maintain an appropriate inventory to support the learning process.

    Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate the effective use of both oral and written communication skills to convey your knowledge and insights.

    Safety and Sanitation Knowledge: Exhibit knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures in the field, ensuring a safe and hygienic learning environment.

    Follow Approved Course: Align your teaching methods with our approved course materials to provide a structured and enriching learning experience for students.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present all lesson plans for all assigned classes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the curriculum.

    Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess student progress and provide additional instruction when needed to support their learning journey.

    Attendance and Record-Keeping: Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records, including roll calls, testing results, grades, and student progress.

    Adherence to Guidelines: Perform all tasks within State and Federal guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
