The Daily is an upscale cafe with the mission of serving delicious and nourishing food/beverages to our guests and connecting with the larger community. We are seasonally driven, healthfully influenced, and live our values. We take care of our team so they can take care of our guests with hospitality in the forefront. We're hiring Front of House team members to join our team! This position includes shifts being a cashier, expo/busser, host, and barista.
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Must be 16 years of age or older
Previous barista experience of 1 year preferred
Open and flexible availability, including early mornings, afternoons, and/or weekends
Organized, quick thinking, adept at multitasking
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor in fast-paced environment
Desire to work as a team to cultivate the best possible guest experience
COMPENSATION: Base pay (base pay is dependent on experience) + gratuity in a pooled house
