Job Summary

Little Quick is a fast-paced, drive-through coffee and pizza shop that focuses on quick, high-quality service and a fun, dynamic environment. We’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas / Cashiers who are ready to bring their customer service skills and team spirit to our growing business!

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, matcha lattes, cold brew, and other beverages.

Take customer orders, handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Assist in preparing grab-and-go pizzas and food items.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Deliver friendly and fast service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving any issues quickly.

Work as a team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Positive Attitude: A friendly, upbeat attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Fast Learner: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tasks, including operating espresso machines and POS systems.

Efficient & Detail-Oriented: Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality and attention to detail.

Reliable & Punctual: Dependable and able to show up for shifts on time.

Multitasking: Comfortable handling multiple tasks (taking orders, preparing drinks, and handling cash) in a fast-paced setting.

Good Communication Skills: Clear communication with customers and team members is essential for smooth operations.

Adaptability: Comfortable with a variety of tasks and able to handle a busy, high-energy work environment.

Cash Handling Experience (Preferred but not Required): Experience with handling cash and operating a POS system is preferred but not required.

Food Safety Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with basic food safety protocols is a plus, but we will provide training as needed.
