Tantísimo is a Latin American farm-to-table café and restaurant in Sylvan Park. We offer a rotating seasonal menu blending Middle Tennessee’s best produce and proteins with authentic Latin American cuisine, an all-Latin American wine program, dedicated espresso program, thoughtful agave list, and Latin inspired cocktail menu.

Our café operates from 7am-2pm and our restaurant from 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Sunday. We are committed to both the guest and employee experience. Our ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, has a passion for hospitality, and the desire to grow their knowledge. While our positions can be divided into Front of House and Back of House, the guest experience is a shared responsibility for everyone who works in our house. All members of the house are a team and should expect to collaborate duties as such

AM Barista- Our baristas are responsible for producing quality espresso beverages as well as service guests seated at the bar counter. We will be exploring Latin American single origin coffees and corresponding specialty drinks. Ideal candidate shares our global enthusiasm, works well at high volume, and is able to multitask effectively. Baristas will also assist the bar team when needed and occasionally make basic cocktails, as well as pour wine and beer. AM shifts available full or part time.

Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee

ABC certified or able to complete certification within 30 days of hire

Some bartending knowledge a plus

Be committed to team dynamics

Serving experience a plus

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs
