Job Summary: This is a part time position at our hotel coffee shop. You will be responsible for taking guest orders, preparing coffee drinks, and checking out gift shop purchases. You will work independently or as a part of a small team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly manner
Basic knowledge of coffee and tea drinks, ability to make drinks after being trained on the coffee shop equipment
Work efficiently and fulfill orders accurately
Ability to handle cash payments and count change accurately
Successfully complete training of required programs
Be flexible and adaptable to the changes that will occur to your job
All duties must be carried out in a safe manner
Employee must treat everyone with dignity and respect
Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employees issues, etc.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service experience (required)
1-2 years food service experience (preferred)
Must be able to provide documentation to prove authorization to work in the United States (required)
Must have reliable transportation to work (required)
