Responsibilities: • Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations • Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed • Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system • Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management. Qualifications: • Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Previous experience working in food service is preferred Compensation: $7.50 - $8 hourly
