As a Bartender at the newly remodeled Bartolino's on Hampton, located on THE HILL, you are an extension of our family. You will be pivotal in providing guests with an inviting dining experience that echoes our founding philosophy: "Cook good food and give plenty. Basta!" We're looking for someone to join our team immediately, helping us continue to offer traditional Italian dishes, fresh seafood, and choice cuts of meat in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Job Location: Bartolino's On Hampton – THE HILL

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders
• Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
• Manage the bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
• Keep the bar area clean and organized
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Engage with customers and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
• Must be of legal drinking age

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as kegs and cases of liquor
• Manual dexterity to handlebar equipment and glassware
