Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and alert MOD of anyting that needs to be ordered
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Upsell premium beverages and promote special offers.
Collaborate with serving staff and kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Availability to work some days, some evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
