The purpose of this position is to interact with guest and ensure they have a great experience when dining at Brunch & Sip. Restaurant Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guest and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Duties:
Serve food and drinks prepared according to Brunch & Sip recipes and procedures.
Provide customer service.
Serve drinks responsibly according to Serv-Safe guidelines.
Place bottled merchandise and glasses to make a smart display.
Keep work station clean.
Keep a balanced drawer.
Keep everything stocked, including: liquor, beer, frozen mixes, fruit, napkins, silverware, plates, etc.
Be knowledgeable about the menu.
Be knowledgeable about drinks.
Check Identification of guest in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time, bend and lift 50 lbs.
Must speak English.
Must provide documentation of legal U.S. residency.
Previous Bartending experience.
Must be able to manage many tasks quickly and efficiently.
Must have Food Handlers card.
Must have a License/Certification/Permit
