Day in the Life:
Meets brand standards in preparation and presentation of cocktails
Achieves planned product costs by adhering to portion standards
Exemplifies hospitality standards
Answers both guests and co-workers' questions
Cooperates with Management and co-workers to assist others with duties as needed
Extensive knowledge of both food and drink menu with ability to make recommendations
Accept direction from Management and communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements:
Excellent customer service
Must be able to communicate effectively with both co-workers and guests
2+ years of experience in high volume atmosphere
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team environment
Uniform and personal appearance are in line with brand standards
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
Have a current Food Handler's/Servesafe card or ability to obtain
