Job Summary We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. The ideal candidate is a team player, energetic, customer-service oriented, reliable and is passionate about mixology. It's important to build relationships with the guests with a great attitude.
We are seeking a Busser to join our team at a private, upscale community clubhouse restuarant! In this role, you will remove dirty dishes and wipe down surfaces, replace tablecloths, set tables, and provide community residents with customer service. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional dining experience for the residents. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced, country club environment. Busser will also assist with expo when needed.
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Take-Out Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will attend to residents/guests with taking phone orders or in-person at the take-out counter. Your duties include using POS system to enter orders, take payments and prepare their bagged take-out orders to perfection. Your goal is to ensure all orders are precise and have all take-out necessities as guests request. The ideal candidate is a rock star on the phones, pays attention to detail, has an upbeat friendly personality and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is an hourly wage plus amazing tips!
Responsibilities
Have extensive bar/drink knowledge & Take drink orders
Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
Collect payment and operate cash register - Toast POS System
Order, maintain, and restock inventory of supplies and ingredients
Perform duties associated with opening and closing the restaurant including cleaning and mopping
Have menu knowledge & take food orders, bar/table seating & over phone when necessary
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to work well in a private community environment with high end hospitality given to residents
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team environment & adapt to prioritize duties
Friendly, outgoing personality, well groomed
