    Our IL community located at 10660 Validus Drive Jacksonville FL 32256 is looking for a Bartender to join our team.

    In this role you are responsible for beverage hospitality and services in the bar, lounge and other social areas in the community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides hospitality beverage service to residents, family members and guests while maintaining and exceeding hospitality and service standards.
    • Assists residents with beverage selections and responds to pertinent questions about beverage items.
    • Practices safe, sanitary food and beverage handling and service.
    • Reports any changes and/or concerns about resident beverage consumption or change of conditions to supervisor.
    • Maintains neat and sanitized work area.
    • Cleans and resets tables for hospitality service.
    • Prepares the set up the bar and lounge for service.
    • Restocks the bar for next day service.
    • Assists in receiving of liquor and beverage supplies, and stocking according to oldest date first.
    • Completes closing register reports.
    • Maintains communications with Supervisor regarding inventory of products and services.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Culinary services and bartending experience preferred.
    • Certification may be required per state requirements.
    • Must comply with minimum age requirement per state regulations to serve alcohol (18 years of age in the state of Florida).
