Job Summary:

Bartenders will be responsible for all aspects of bar service including drink preparation, recipe adherence, guest interaction, cash handling and cleanliness.. Bartenders will be expected to provide great service while maintaining company culture and helping to create a dynamic atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Sets up and stocks bar items and other necessary supplies

Prepares drinks to specified recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and complies with dept of health sanitation requirements by properly handling products and ensuring correct storage and labeling.

Cleans and sanitizes surfaces throughout the shift.

Performs inventory checks and communicates with Management about pars.

Helps to maintain an inclusive and positive work environment for all team members.

Qualifications

Team player

Bar knowledge (Wine, Liquor, Beer)

1-2 years of experience preferred

The ability to work nights and weekends

The ability to work on your feet for long periods of time

Needs to need be able to lift 50lbs or more
