Job Summary
Copper Whiskey Bar is a fast-paced, high energy environment full of people with a passion for food, drink, and customer service. We take it as our job to make our guests feel at home while providing memorable dining experiences. All front of house staff are expected to anticipate guest & teammate needs, be a menu expert to provide a knowledgeable dining journey, and deliver genuine hospitality to everyone we come in contact with. Front of House staff are also responsible for all proper ‘Steps of Service’ execution.
Responsibilities
Punctual and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as asked. Holiday Availability Required
Willingness to participate as part of a team with enthusiasm and respect.
Love and appreciation for ingredients, preparation techniques, and various beers, wines, and spirits.
Excellent customer service skills, able to assess customer needs and recommend educated recommendations.
Clear understanding and adherence to safety and sanitization guidelines and procedures.
Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and always punctual for scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a professional setting preferred.
Physically able to work standing for long periods of time (6+ hours).
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
