Job Summary We are seeking a Bartender to join Hundred Mile Brewing Co! We just won "Small Business of the Year" award in Tempe, AZ!

We are looking for extremely energetic, positive, and customer-service oriented people. Knowing about craft beer is a huge upside. We have a full bar plus brew our own beer on site.

Responsibilities

Have an appreciation for craft beer and be able to engage in conversations about various beer styles

Work quickly and efficiently

Smile and engage with customers to deliver a positive customer experience.

Keep work environment clean and safe.

Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages

Familiar with POS system (Toast is preferred)

Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred

Show leadership skills

Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required

Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items

Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service and time management skills

Ability to work well in a team environment
