Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.

Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.

Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for events such as catering or banquets.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while adhering to restaurant policies.

Skills

Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and increase bar revenue.

Experience in a fine dining environment is required.

Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
