We are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Bartender to join our team at our upscale establishment, Gemelle! As a Bartender you will be an integral part of our service team, dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences to our guests. You will showcase your creativity and passion for mixology while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Responsibilities:

· Craft and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.

· Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests, engaging with them to ensure a memorable experience.

· Maintain a clean and organized bar area, always following health and safety guidelines.

· Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies.

· Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all aspects of beverage preparation and service.

· Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment or similar role.

· Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.

· Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Food handlers and TABC Certifications are required.
