As a professional Bartender, you are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
Coordinate food orders with kitchen staff for bar guests
Build a rapport with regular guests to keep them coming back
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Verify identification and age requirements of guests
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system
Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized, and stocked
Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous bartender experience 3-5 years
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Skilled at making and developing craft cocktails
Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
Basic food safety understanding and practice
Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced work environment
Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire
