We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team!

Trattoria Delia is looking for experienced craft bartenders to join us at our lively downtown Burlington restaurant. As a Trattoria Delia bartender, you’ll be the smart, engaging guide for guests dining at the bar, answering their questions and offering thoughtful advice on our wines and food. In your capacity as a craft bartender, you’ll continuously educate yourself on spirits and craft cocktail trends, and you’ll collaborate with your fellow bar staff to create new drinks to introduce to the cocktail universe. And finally, you’ll be an important part of our front of house team, providing top notch hospitality and service, both to our guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

● Work with Trattoria Delia Verità and hosts to fill drink orders and wait on guests at the bar

● Serve dinner, cocktails and wine to guests at the bar ● Previous experience with craft and classic cocktails preferred

● Continuously build your knowledge of beer, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic options and stay current with trends in the craft bar industry

● Collaborate with colleagues on the bar staff in the development of new cocktails

● Maintain clean and well organized bar, back bar and well

Qualifications:

● Previous craft bartending experience preferred

● Effective communication skills

● Ability to work standing for 6+ hours

● Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
