What You'll Do:

Craft Signature Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of Mediterranean-inspired cocktails, wines, and beverages to perfection, always focusing on quality and presentation.

Engage Guests: Build rapport with guests, share insights on our unique menu, and make thoughtful drink and food pairing recommendations.

Keep It Clean and Stocked: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, adhering to health and safety standards for a top-notch guest experience.

Manage Transactions: Handle tabs, process payments accurately, and manage cash with precision.

Bring Energy to the Bar: Contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere, helping guests feel at home.

Collaborate: Work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow and cohesive guest experience.

Stay Sharp: Keep up with seasonal ingredients, cocktail trends, and new product offerings to continually enhance our menu.

What We're Looking For:

Experience Matters: Prior bartending experience in a busy, upscale setting—bonus if it’s in Mediterranean cuisine.

Mixology Magic: A solid understanding of mixology and wine service, with an eagerness to experiment and learn.
