We are looking for a Service-Bar Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our dining experience by preparing high-quality beverages for servers to deliver to guests, fulfilling drink orders for those on our waitlist, and handling to-go orders. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. In addition to our starting wage, our bartenders make tips from our to go orders, and recieve a paid tip-out weekly from our servers!

Responsibilities:

Prepare beverages for servers to deliver to guests, as well as drinks for guests on the waitlist and to-go orders.

Provide excellent support to the front-of-house team, ensuring quick and accurate drink preparation.

Maintain organization and cleanliness behind the bar, ensuring glassware and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Manage bar inventory, maintaining stock levels and ensuring items are available for drink preparation.

Handle cash and payments accurately, following all restaurant policies and procedures for transactions.

Work closely with the team to manage orders efficiently, ensuring no delays in service.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Follow all service protocols, including ensuring drinks are prepared according to guest specifications.

Stay informed about menu items and any special promotions to support team efforts.

Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Experience in drink preparation, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of bar equipment, including knives, blenders, and POS systems.

Ability to manage bar supplies effectively, keeping the bar stocked and organized.

Strong communication skills to work efficiently with servers and kitchen staff.

Capable of working under pressure, multitasking, and staying composed during busy times.

Comfortable working in tight spaces and standing for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate through the restaurant with ease.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
